Thank You John & Susie Parks at APR RV/Arizona RV Specialist

We would like to extend our gratitude to Arizona RV Specialist for the wonderful work they preformed to make our 2005 Allegro Bay motorhome look lie new again. We had  major damage on our RV and felt so confident at allowing Arizona RV Specialist to  handle all repairs. since we used their company once before, we knew the are experts in such a big challenge. We would highly recommend them for any RV repairs. We thank them for such quality work and a staff who made the situation less stressful.

Again we thank John & Susie Parks,

Unfortunately, the finished product was NOT exactly what I was looking for,
It was BETTER!

Recently I damaged my 5th wheel RV while traveling through Georgia on my way to Arizona. The damage was not bad and it gave me the perfect excuse to have some other cosmetic work done.

When we arrived in Apache Junction, Arizona I contacted three RV repair facilities to get an estimate. One gave me an insurance estimate and said he would get back to me with a price for the cosmetic work. The other two did not even return my call.

Well, I waited ten days and still no estimate. I asked someone staying at the same resort if he knew of another company. He suggest I contact APR RV which I did. I must say it was the BEST referral I ever received.

John Park came to the resort and we discussed the damage and the additional work I wanted. He gave me an estimate and we set a date for me to deliver my coach to him. I found John to be helpful, informative and good humored. The best way for me to describe, John is to say that he conveys confidence and professionalism.

When I dropped off my RV I got to meet Ashley, “The Voice” at the other end of the phone. If you are having a bad day just call their number and Ashley will change that. I had no time constrains on the repairs so I waited ten days before I stopped back to look at it. At that time I met Carlos and Terry , two of the best body men in the business. They really do make John look good. The first thing I noticed was that all the hardware had been removed and (NOT) masked around. I could not help but be impressed by the workers enthusiasm and pride of workmanship.

James is their go to guy for the non –body work . He keep me informed and made valuable suggestions to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I was looking for. And, of course I cannot leave Susie The owner out. She is the go to person for ordering material and parts. She proves once again that the best man for the job is usually a woman.

Unfortunately, the finished product was NOT exactly what I was looking for. It was BETTER. As a former RVIA Mater Certified Technician and a current manager of an RV resort I can tell you that I have not seen work done better by anyone.

I hope you never need John’s services, but if you do, don’t hesitate to have him work on your coach. He is not the cheapest, but he is the best.

Warm regards, Dale Walker 2011

“Very easy to work with”

We had an independent axle break. They fixed up axles, resealed roof where we had a leak around the A/C unit, got a new tire and did an over-all excellent job. Very easy to work with and worked with us on the cost since it wasn't covered by our extended warranty.

Excellent. Kept in constant communication with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted.

I have used and referred friends & family to auto body shops in the past, I can not remember ever working with a company like
Arizona RV Specialist,  yes they’re about 80 miles away, but well worth the drive,

they were very accommodating to our needs & did a fantastic job repairing our coach. they are very personal yet very professional

I dare anyone to find what they repaired for us.

on a 5 star rating system, my wife & I are proud to give them 10 stars.

APR Crew  I Thought I'd send you a review.

On 2 occasions now I've brought my 45' HR Navigator to APR RV.  The first time was for a blow out that I had on the front tire.  The repair was so amazing you couldn't even tell it was ever damaged!  They matched 4 paint colors for the damaged area as well as repairing the cracked fiberglass.

Their work was so good I took it back a little over a year later to touch up a few scratches I had done to the unit after. I also decided to get the front, side and rear roof caps done because of some fading. APR got them looking like new again!

These guys did amazing work for me personally with fiberglass, paint (2 times) and even some electrical damage with the blow out!  I won't hesitate to take my unit back!  Whether it's damage or just "Sprucing" your unit back up again APR RV is who I trust with mine and I'm a customer for life!
